    數控車床的發展
           為適應全球制造行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)需求,數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)(luo)化(hua)是(shi)必然發(fa)展方向。網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)(luo)可(ke)以把世界上的(de)(de)(de)資源進(jin)行(xing)最優配(pei)置,數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)(luo)化(hua)最先(xian)是(shi)企(qi)業(ye)內部的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)網(wang)絡(luo)(luo)(luo)化(hua),數(shu)控(kong)之間通(tong)過企(qi)業(ye)內部局域(yu)網(wang)進(jin)行(xing)相(xiang)互(hu)通(tong)信,然后(hou)再經由因(yin)特網(wang)通(tong)向企(qi)業(ye)外部,這(zhe)就是(shi)所謂的(de)(de)(de)Inter-net/Internet技術。這(zhe)樣就把世界上幾乎所有(you)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)聯系(xi)起來,促成了世界資源的(de)(de)(de)優化(hua)配(pei)置。
            隨(sui)著加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率的(de)提高(gao),人(ren)們對(dui)物質需求(qiu)的(de)大(da)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),數控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)越來越長(chang),這就(jiu)(jiu)必(bi)然需要數控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)在長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)內能夠(gou)保證其(qi)穩定(ding)性(xing),加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)產品才能合(he)格。這就(jiu)(jiu)對(dui)數控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)提出了高(gao)可靠性(xing)的(de)要求(qiu),對(dui)于每天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作兩班的(de)無(wu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠而言,如果要求(qiu)在16小時(shi)(shi)內連續正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作、無(wu)故障率達99%以上(shang),則數控車床的(de)平均(jun)無(wu)故障運行時(shi)(shi)間(jian)就(jiu)(jiu)必(bi)須大(da)于3000小時(shi)(shi)。這就(jiu)(jiu)要求(qiu)數控配置、主軸及伺(si)服驅動等的(de)平均(jun)無(wu)故障運行時(shi)(shi)間(jian)必(bi)須在10萬小時(shi)(shi)以上(shang)。日本(ben)FANUC系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)早在20世紀80年代末就(jiu)(jiu)能夠(gou)達到這種高(gao)可靠性(xing)的(de)要求(qiu),現在正向更高(gao)可靠性(xing)方(fang)向發展(zhan)。
            在生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,往往發現這(zhe)樣(yang)的現象:一個零件本身(shen)被刀(dao)具(ju)加工(gong)(gong)的時(shi)間(jian)不長,而工(gong)(gong)人裝夾的時(shi)間(jian)有時(shi)候大于加工(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian)。這(zhe)種在零件加工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中大量的無(wu)功效時(shi)間(jian)對于生產(chan)來說是(shi)不利的,所以(yi)(yi)現代自(zi)動化高(gao)的工(gong)(gong)廠一般的數(shu)控(kong)(kong)車床(chuang)配有工(gong)(gong)件搬運(yun)、自(zi)動上(shang)下(xia)料、自(zi)動換刀(dao)等系統(tong),可以(yi)(yi)盡(jin)可能(neng)(neng)降低這(zhe)些無(wu)功效時(shi)間(jian)。這(zhe)種能(neng)(neng)夠把多種不同功能(neng)(neng)的系統(tong)整合在一臺數(shu)控(kong)(kong)車床(chuang)的過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)就是(shi)數(shu)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)的負荷化。
